Place chicken bones (fresh or frozen) in the Instant Pot.
Add salt, vinegar, and water. Make sure you do not fill beyond 2/3 full — roughly the 10c line if you have a 6 quart.
Check the sealing ring, attach the lid, close the pressure valve.
Select MANUAL for 60 minutes.
Once program is complete, allow pressure to release naturally.
Strain the broth. You can re-use the bones a second time, adding fresh water, salt, and vinegar.
If you want to make your life a lot easier, freeze leftover chicken carcasses in these containers so that they are already in a round shape and therefore easy to fit in your Instant Pot (cook straight from frozen!).
